Because of some hardware issues, my macs needed to reinstall the system. However, I found I cannot activate marginnote 3 with error info “No activations left for this number. Plz extend your license to support more computers” I guessed it may be caused by the hardware parts replaced, and I contacted marginnote through service@marginnote.com twice to request license resetting. But no response so far. I’m so so so disappointed with its service.
