I need a support. I don’t know how to uninstall or delete the extension. Whenever I switched to study mode to document Mode my application got hanged. So please guide me how to uninstall that.
If you back out to the main screen (where you see the list of your studies) then click on the “…” menu and choose extensions, you can disable them there on Mac OSX or on iOS.
I see this error all the time and I just say “no” but if it is causing crashes then disable the extensions (as stated above) and find out which one is causing the hang.
I dont know how to disable that. Please guide me how to do that
