"I am experiencing persistent sync errors in MarginNote 4 across my devices (2 iPads, 1 iPhone, and 1 Mac). I attempted to delete all data and start fresh, but I’m now encountering an error message: ‘The file “x” doesn’t exist’ when trying to import files to the iCloud folder.
Since the sync is completely broken, I want to perform a full factory reset of my MarginNote data. Could you guide me on how to completely initialize and wipe all MarginNote 4 data from both my local devices and iCloud so I can start over from scratch?"
In my Icloud drive, there is no folder about MN4 after this import.

Hello
Managing iCloud storage space in system settings can clear all iCloud data. Note that both documents and notes need to be backed up properly

When I delete all relevant data from iCloud, the MarginNote 4 app fails to create a new ‘MarginNote’ folder within iCloud Drive.
Interestingly, when I perform the exact same steps with MarginNote 3—deleting all iCloud data/folders and resetting the app—it successfully recreates the ‘MarginNote 3’ folder in iCloud Drive and saves documents there as expected. However, MarginNote 4 does not behave this way under the same conditions. I believe that if this folder creation issue is resolved, it will fix the overall synchronization problems I am experiencing."
Hello
In the settings, enable document synchronization when opening the synchronized learning set, then make an excerpt of the imported PDF in the learning set, and then wait for the learning set to synchronize. Additionally, that folder does not store note data, only documents, and does not affect note synchronization

There is a major issue where the iCloud folder isn’t being created, making it impossible to save documents. I cleared everything to fix a sync bug, but now nothing is being uploaded to the cloud at all. This has completely broken the multi-device workflow, as my data remains stuck on a single device.
It seems I’m not the only one facing this issue, based on what I’ve read below.
Hello
Re-login to your iCloud account, then turn off the iCloud permissions for MN4 and turn them back on. Please take a screenshot of the cloud synchronization interface

When I import an document, this message has popped up.
I have already tried all the steps you suggested, but the issue persists. Could you clarify what you mean by ‘logging in again’? Do you mean I should sign out of my entire account and then sign back in?
Hello
First, turn off the default import to the iCloud folder, and only turn on the synchronization of documents when synchronizing learning sets. Also, the screenshot is from the cloud synchronization interface, not this one.

Hello

Can the study set be synchronized? There's no need to consider the document. A blank learning set can be created. If possible, add the document to this learning set and then extract a card.
