Moving License to New Computer

I setup MarginNote on two computers, but have bought a new one and uninstalled on the previous two. The activation code will not work on the third computer. It says “No activations left for this number.” What can I do to transfer?

I have exactly the same question. I sent two emails to support, no answer.

I LOVE this product. It is pure genius in operation and unlike anything else. But it is NOT ready for prime time. Apparently resource starved and certainly weak in customer support.

In searching the web, I found specific directions on how to email them about this subject. I did it exactly as they asked and got an immediate response.
