Totally agreed. Slow response is bad. No response is just unacceptable. And I so want to like this product.

Turns out they have very specific requests on how to contact them. When I followed their guidelines I got an immediate response.
In searching the web, I found specific directions on how to email them about this subject. I did it exactly as they asked and got an immediate response.
