Due to some hardware issues, my mac was returned to the store and reinstalled the system. However, I found I cannot activate marginnote 3 with error info “No activations left for this number. Plz extend your license to support more computers” I guessed it may be caused by the hardware parts replaced, and I contacted the support team through service@marginnote.com twice to request license resetting. But no response so far. I’m so upsetting and disappointed with its service. Is there someone who can help me with this issue? Big thanks.
