An empty status bar on the top when “hidden toolbar” is on

Hi!

I’m using the iPad Pro with the latest iOS. I found that when the “hidden toolbar” is on, the top of the page is covered by an empty status bar — see the attached image.

Could you please send us some screenshots or other elaboration? As now I cannot seem to find this empty toolbar.

Then I can submit this issue to my colleague.

Hi,

This is not about the empty toolbar. It’s when you turn on “hidden toolbar”, there’s an empty bar at the top, and the pdf does not enter real “fullscreen” viewer mode.
