App asked me to purchase the Full Version again after one Mac system. Who should I contact to resolve the issue? Apple or MarginNote?
I’m having the exact same problem too. I sent the support team an email but it’s like they didn’t even read it properly.
I bought the iPad license. I did the research and I found stated they are different development efforts. thus, a payment is needed.
