I paid for MN3 on my mac but it asked me to pay again as a new member when I migrated to MN4. Then when I updated my MN3 version, the paid status was lost as well.
I emailed to service@marginnote.com but no response.
Can anyone help please?

My MarginNote 3 is purchased via Paddle.com. I have a license key. But there is no way for me to input my license key in the updated MN3 or MN4 version.

The MN team has unfathomably decided to release the App Store version of 4 without releasing a DMG (direct download, paddle, etc…) version. This means either you go buy the App Store version of 4, or you wait until the small MN team releases the DMG version, the iPhone version, the SetApp version, the English documentation, and fixes bugs.

I am. MN4 refuses to accept my MN3 license and asks if I have the version that is something like 0.1 points different from what I have. I don’t, because it is only available on the app store. I’m frustrated as …heck.

I emailed to the support of marginnote but no response. Then I sent a message to them again through this forum and waiting for their response. Have you tried to contact margin note team?

If you use the activation code, you need to wait for the dmg version development to complete the upgrade, which is different from the upgrade of the App Store

I re-installed MN3 from App store and it does not allow me to use the activation code too. Where can I download the dmg of MN3 so I can keep using my purchased code please?
In my case, I cannot because I can’t update MN3 to latest version stated when trying to obtain MN4 upgrade promotion. Whenever I try updating MN3 it says I am up to date with 3.7.25 whereas the upgrade tells it must be 3.7.27!!!
