Assistance Required: Activation Issue for App Store Purchase - MarginNote 3

I am writing to request assistance with activating MarginNote 3 on my device. I recently purchased the full version through the Apple App Store, but I am unable to unlock the application to proceed with my work.

Issue Details:

  • Purchase Platform: Apple App Store

  • Problem: The app is requesting a serial or activation code, which was not provided in my Apple receipt (as per standard App Store policy).

  • Steps Taken: I have attempted to use the “Restore Purchase” feature within the app, but the application remains in trial mode/unactivated.

This matter is time-sensitive as I need the application for my current workflow. Could you please verify my purchase and assist me in getting the application activated?

App Store purchases do not provide a serial number or activation code. Please make sure you have installed the App Store version of MarginNote3 and are signed in with the same Apple ID used for the purchase.

Please try the following:

  1. Quit and restart MarginNote3
  2. Confirm your system is signed in with the Apple ID used for the purchase
  3. Open the upgrade/purchase page in MarginNote3
  4. Tap “Restore Purchase”

If it still remains in trial mode, please send us:
