Bookmarks Sync problem between iPhone and iPad

Hey guys, I have a question about bookmarks sync problem.
I tested something.

  1. I made a bookmark on the Mac version. In this case, the function is wonderful.
    the bookmark is automatically synchronized across Mac, iPad, and iPhone

  2. I made a bookmark on the iPhone. Bookmarks are not being created on both Mac and iPad.

  3. I made a bookmark on the iPad. Bookmarks are not being created on both Mac and iPhone.

Am I the only one experiencing this issue?

I think when I create bookmarks on my iPhone and iPad, the information is not being transmitted to iCloud.

Can you check this issue?
