How can I cancel the free trial? The subscription doesn’t show in the Apple AppStores subscription management settings and there is also no way to cancel it via the MacApp.

Hello, don’t worry. There is no charge after the expiration of the trial period, so there is no option to cancel the free trial. Just feel free to use MarginNote, only when you manually buy in-app purchases in MarginNote will App Store charge you.
