I’m trying to map functions to keyboard shortcuts with Keyboard Maestro for consistency across apps. In the document view, the toolbar icon for creating a text box works, but the menu item Text Box (under the Document menu) is ghosted, along with other items in its section. Also, control+5 doesn’t work despite this being the fifth item on my toolbar after the select (which is control+0).
