I’m seeing the following behavior: For a very large document collection, if I set table of contents in cardboard as the organizing mode, the app freezes for a long time (1-2 minutes)-
I understand there is a huge amount of processing involved and it being able to display this at all is incredible. But it would be nice to receive a warning, so that the source used in cardboard can be adjusted before this happens.
This would be important especially since the settings in cardboard persist. So now anytime I am in that notebook and open cardboard, the freeze happens.
The only way to fix it currently is to go to a different notebook, change the organizing setting, then change the source in cardboard.
