Cant open app, gets stuck on studyset, loads The mindmap preview and crashes. Cant change studysets nor see anything. Latest mn4 update. App unusable.

Hello, we need your IPS file (iOS crash log file). You can find the latest file named “Marginnote-Date-Number.ips” on your iPad by going to Settings > Privacy & Security > Analytics & Improvements > Analytics Data . Please share this file with us. Hello, have you enabled the automatic backup feature? Please check the MarginNote folder in the “Files” app on your iPad to see if there are any previous automatic backup files. If you find the backup files, we recommend downloading and installing the latest version of iTunes. Then, connect your iPad to your computer and export the MarginNote backup files. After exporting, please use a zip compression tool to compress the backup file and send it to us. We will help you with the data recovery.
