Deactivate MarginNote 4 from factory reset Macbook

Dear MarginNote Support team,

I was using MarginNote 4 MAX version from my iPad and company Macbook.

As I resigned, I’ve factory reset the company Macbook and gave it back to them and I forgot to deactivate MarginNote 4 from the device.

I’d like to use MarginNote 4 in my private Macbook. Can you help me deactivate the MarginNote 4 from the company Macbook that I don’t have access any more?

FYI, when I click ‘restore purchase’, nothing happens and I’ve sent the same email to service@marginnote.com as well (from gooogyeong@gmail.com).
