DEFAULT TREE - my auto excerpts are being added as framework by default

Every time I change this back it changes to framework when I take excerpts from new sources. sUPERR annoying

1, Default Insertion Position could be changed in an study-mode notebook.

2, Focus mode could work with Non Auto-Group option to locate the new insertion as you wish
