Does MarginNote 4 support Russian?

Hello!
I am excited to start using MarginNote, I plan to use it in university but as my textbooks will be in Russian it is very important for me to know if MarginNote 4 supports Russian, could you tell me if it supports it?

Thank you for your answer. I was meaning to ask if it can recognize Russian in pdf. Can it do it out of the box or do I need plugins for that? Could you tell me which plugins?
