I have a folder structure that appears to be empty, but when I try to delete it, it warns me that I’m deleting files. Obviously this concerns me so I went into iCloud and do not find the folder structure at all. I’m not sure where else to look? Can someone point me in the right direction to recover the files that are not showing up in the UI or iCloud Drive?

I’ve had the very same problem, and have notified @Support-Team about it several times. But it was never resolved.

Yeah, same problem here.
It happens when I rename a iCloud folder on Finder. Then app shows the new name folder and the old one empty.
