I do not understand this kind of behavior. If the support team would at least explain once: we are overburdened with development, we do not have time for replying but this is our plan – many would accept or at even understand the lack of prober exchange.
The current software and the potential of the application is great! I’m grateful for that. Though, I wonder about the future of MN. If it makes sense to rely on it.
I hope the developer & support team may understand that and start to communicate.
