Feature Request: Add a Locked/View-Only Mode for Study Notes

Hello,

I often accidentally edit or move excerpts when reviewing my study notes.

Would it be possible to add a locked or view-only mode where tapping on excerpts does not trigger editing or movement?

In this mode, audio and video excerpts should still play normally when tapped.
