File > New. in MN4 4.0.8 (801) buggy on Mac?

Thanks, for providing MN4

Actually I’m not able to create New File.

After a few seconds it automatically opens the Sample Study.
Strange. Can anybody confirm this behaviour

My environment:

  • Mac OS Sonoma 14.5
