Forgot to deactivate iMac

I sold my iMac and forgot to deactivate it. When trying to activate it on my Mac mini, I got a message that the license code has been used (I also have a MacBook Air, so I have two devices).

How can I resolve this? I’ve already sent a message to service@marginnote.com.
