Free viewer mode (editing disabled) in MacBook App

Hi guys, why did I get all of a sudden the following message in the MacBook app?

Free viewer mode (editing disabled)

Since it is preventing me from editing, how can I restore the editing capabilities in the desktop app?

When I go into the App Store I don’t have the option to purchase anything:

Additionally, synching between the MacBook and iPad apps doesn’t seem to work today. Looking forward to your comments. Thank you!

I had the same issue but it was all good after selecting Restore Purchase
