Full version for VPP store

I request a full version that can be purchased on the VPP store. In our educational institution we would like to buy licences of MarginNote3. However, there is no full version that can be purchased on the VPP store. Upgrading from free version through in app purchase doesn’t work with VPP.

At present, the ios version can be purchased in the App Store, and the Mac version can be purchased in the official website or the App Store, but we will consider your needs
