Ghost file stuck in upload since 3.6.x

Upload and icloud sync has been like this eversince 3.6.x
Im stuck with some ghost file (hypercoagulable:created and deleted a year back)that keeps trying to upload and never gets done. I’ve tried clearng the trash,but no hope. Because if this icloud sync keep behaving awkward. Perevious correspondence with the support team said it would be fixed in v 3.7(when we were on v3.6.x)

Please guide me through this fix…

Hello, if there are errors, try to turn off the corresponding iCloud switch, try again after 30 seconds.

Tried that before aswell… didn’t work😟

It’s been almost a year and file is still stuck…its even transferred to new device that i upgraded to using backup file shared using airdrop…

Please help me get this fixed. That’s has forced me to not buy Mac OS version of app because sync is already so buggy on ios devices (iphone and ipad)…

Any work arounds that you may suggest… Waiting for help

Yes, same (ghost) document notebook is stuck in uploading.

Thanks man! Finally after letting device sit for whole day and fiddling with available files, stuck ghost file showed up. I deleted it. And had to repeat it with other device aswell (took like 36 hrs to sync through)
Now it’s working.:blush:
