Does anyone know how to hide the content of a card when editing in Outline mode. I just want to see the card titles, not the content, when editing (adding new cards etc.). With the content of the cards showing in edit mode, it is far too busy.
Thank you for sharing your feedback! To ensure I understand correctly: do you mean that when âonly the title is displayedâ, the new card still shows the body content, this format is not very neat, and it is a visual disturbance for you?
Please let me know if this accurately captures your concern, or if thereâs anything else youâd like to clarify. Iâm happy to pass along your insights to the team for review.
Thank you for coming back to me re this so quickly. Yes, when I am in Outline mode only and need to add a card, I have to put it in âEditâ mode. As soon as I do this, any cards that have content within them show all the content (in Outline, edit mode). I just want to see the titles only when in edit mode, as this keeps it nice and neat and is far more manageable when working in Outline mode.
MN3 was the way I described, the âold wayâ. You didnât need to put it into âeditâ mode to add new cards and it didnât show the content of the cards in Outline mode.
Hello tony:
Sorry,Iâm a bit confused now.
If you mean that when âShow Only Titlesâ is selected in the mind map and a new blank card is added, the body text is displayed, then it can be improved as shown in Figure 1 below.
If you mean when âShow Only Titlesâ is selected in the outline mode, I havenât found the option to add a new blank card. Or do you mean the new cards formed by excerpting documents?
