Hey, i feel that a non removable icon on the top left of my full screen document is distracting, especially for a feature that i have no use for. Can you please tell me if and how i can remove that new icon for writing layers and document notebooks? Why not just be able to choose to add it to the top bar? I like my full page views unobstructed.
The new syncing icon is also distracting and easy to hit on accident but at least this autohides when in full page view. I would also like to hide it or have this as an in menu option. Please advice.
P.s. While i am thankful for new additions and i don’t want to sound ungrateful, please consider making new features easy to disable or hide or easy to move to another place, since this is messing with established workflows.
Thank you for using our product and sharing your feedback. I’ll pass your opinions on to the developers. Additionally, I’d love to understand how the sync icon is interfering with your experience—feel free to send us screenshots to illustrate this if you’re willing. Your feedback is truly a great help to us!
As i said these are all minor annoyances and things to consider as i am just having a hard time adjusting to changes. I understand it could really be just me.
My wish and suggestion was that when adding new buttons and functionality the user could maybe pllace them where he desires - out of his way or a toggle to turn them off, not to stop adding new things to the app, i freakin love marginnote.
As for your question, so far i have hit both of those buttons while trying to underline and write on my pdfs. I am also constantly resizing the mindmap pdf windows and found myself trying to do that a couple of times using the new sync button instead of the correct handler which is right below both using arrows.
Of course this is all matter of getting used to the changes, it really was something to consider and me asking if it’s already there. Thank you for considering these.
Thank you for your feedback. I’ve already reported the relevant details to the development team. We truly hope your user experience will keep getting better and better.
