For example, if I highlight vocabulary words in pink and tag them as #Vocabulary , is there a way to export a list to Word or as a PDF that contains only these notes and not other annotations?

And can they be sorted by chapter grouping?

You can copy related cards by filtering. Create a new focus. You can select the focus to export

I’m sorry I don’t understand what you mean by “create a new focus”. Do you mean to filter them then export them to a new Mindmap?
