How to Page Up or Down in Mac OS?

What would be a shortcut in marginnote to get to next page in a pdf when reading this pdf.
In Mac OS standard behaviour is Fn + Arrow down or up but this does not work in marginnote.

I am sorry that I don't know why this shortcut does not work for you. For me, it works well with both option, command, and control. Maybe you could try that out.
