How to restore purchase?

Hi there,
I purchased MarginNote 3 on my iPad, and now I moved to use Macbook, will be no longer using iPad. I used same apple ID downloaded Marginnote 3, but when I pressed restore purchase, it doesn’t work.

Can someone please help?

We are very sorry, but you will need to purchase Marginnote again for the MacOS platform.

If you are a student then there is also a 40% discount.

Also, you could still use the iPad version of Marginnote, and just use the MacOS Marginnote as a free browser to review your notes & mindmaps.
