How to retain highlights and emphasis adding to mindmap

Please look at the video. I want tadd that whole block in mindmap or add it driectly to flashcard. Why does it loose all the emphasis and highlights I havw made in the document? I wish to retain them as exact replica of how it is in my document?

Hi, each excerpt implies a separate note card, they are directly not nestable.
