In the document library, there’s no way to sort the files on desktop.

Hello, thank you for your feedback. Currently, the MarginNote4 desktop document library does not support manual file sorting. We’ve recorded this request and will consider adding more sorting options in future versions.
For now, you may use folders to categorize documents or rename files as a temporary workaround.
