I need HELP syncing

I have been a long-time paid subscriber since 2019 with MN3. I have just upgraded to MN4 and subscribed to the MAX version to sync across Mac, iPad and iPhone. However, it is not working.

I highlighted a document in MN4 in the iCloud folder on one of the devices, but it does not sync across all devices.

I created a StudySet folder in one of the devices, it also does not sync to other devices.

Nothing is working!!!. How come MN4 is worse than MN3?

Hello, we sincerely apologize for the unpleasant experience this has caused you. We would like to check: does your device show that the cloud sync interface on all devices indicates the database has been synced, but the newly created notes have not been synced to all devices?

I had sync issues as well after moving to MN4. Back up your data before trying these steps.

After lots of trial and error, what fixed things for me was to uninstall MN4 from all devices and then reinstall. Then, delete the sample content and video, then go to settings and create a new database vault on each device and select it for use (there should be a checkmark next to it.) Close and reopen MN4 to verify you’re on the new database vault. Then go back into the settings and delete the old database vault that’s no longer being used.

After that, syncing works perfectly for me between my ipad, iphone, and macbook. Hope that helps anyone having sync issues with MN4.
