Is the interface after clicking to switch note databases on iPad and Mac the same database?

i only have one database vault and its the same, but on my Mac its 800Mb in Size and on the ipad its 900MB in size

Different data sizes are normal, may I ask if the new card is not synchronized between different devices or handwriting is not displayed?
