[Immediate] Marginnote Sync Error + Share License Error

My mac isn’t working to share the MAX feature (DMG ver.) to ipad.

Also, my iPad isn’t working, even the iCloud sync feature.

I really need immediate help!

I used MN with another Mac+iPad, with my old iCloud Apple account, but I recently changed my iCloud account, and backed up all my database. I used that database to new Mac, turned on iCloud sync feature. Now I am setting up my iPad, and these problems occured.

Hello,

The sync issue you encountered has been forwarded for further attention. Additionally, just to clarify, the DMG version of MarginNote is a standalone installation package specifically designed for macOS systems.

It’s important to note that this DMG version is not compatible with iOS (iPad) apps or macOS apps available on the App Store.

For your iPad, you would need to purchase and install MarginNote separately from the Apple App Store.

You can restart to resolve the issue. If it still doesn’t work, please feel free to let me know and I will continue to check for other possible causes.

Whay do you mean, that iPad should be separately purchased?
You mean the Pro version?
Or MAX?

Before, I remember I used my Mac DMG Version to share to my iPad.
Also, my iPad is on Pro mode trial, doesn’t that mean iCloud sync should work, at least during the trial?
You can restart to resolve the issue. If it still doesn’t work, please feel free to let me know and I will continue to check for other possible causes.

Also, I did restart the MN. Logging out of iCloud and re-logging in, turning my iPad on and off, literally everything I could possibly do.

I apologize, but my current knowledge is limited to this: the DMG version of MarginNote 4 cannot be shared with iPad. As for the iCloud issue, I will continue to forward your feedback.
In addition, I saw you say, “my iPad isn’t working, even the iCloud sync feature”. May I ask if there are any other functions you can’t use?
