Thank you for your excellent app. I use MarginNote 4 daily for my studies. I am writing to provide feedback regarding the performance of the “Image Extraction (Cropping)” feature.
[The Issue] I have noticed that the processing speed of the image extraction feature varies significantly depending on the PDF file being used. While it works instantly on some PDFs, on others it takes a surprisingly long time to process, causing the app to lag or freeze temporarily. This inconsistency and slow down disrupts my workflow and can be quite frustrating.
[My Request] I assume this might be related to the file size, resolution, or whether the PDF is scanned or native text. However, I kindly request that you optimize the performance so that the extraction speed is as fast and consistent as possible across all types of PDFs. If a delay is technically unavoidable for certain files, adding a progress indicator during the extraction would be highly appreciated.
