Well, I am not sure if Margin Note is dying, but what I am sure of is that Margin Note 2 has certainly died and it is no more available in the Appstore.
And I am a patriotic user of Margin Note app and I have all its paid versions.
Now, this is for sure, that Margin Note 2 is a non performing asset for your Start-up and hence you should have all the reasons to make me a official Reseller of this App in India, or sell me the App itself with all its Source code and Intellectual Property Rights.
