Is there ANY costumer support out there?

Ive been waiting for 2 weeks now for a reply on my email to the service@marginnote email.

This has been holding me back from writing my thesis for 2 weeks now.
Im not the only one having issues with responsiveness from costumer support, this is just driving costumers away.
I really enjoyed marginnote, but you are making it very difficult to be satisfied witth the services, even though I paid for them.

The problem is that my paid marginnote 3 full version on mac that I started up again states that I have to pay again for it, even though i paid for the full version already in july 2023. This is also the second time that this has happened… Also syncing does not work anymore between my ipad and mac.

It is very strange because when i click free trial it does say i paid already. But when I click unlock full version it does direct me to my bank account. And Apple does not show in app purchases, so I dont have a garantee I will get my money back, so im not doing that.

I have been waiting for 2 weeks now from the service gmail but i dont get a respons. And ive been waiting for almost 2 days now here on this discussion forum, 8 people read my message, but no one replied.

Could @Support-Team help me out?

Hello, before restoring the purchase, check if there is a corresponding order in the purchase history of the App Store. It should be noted that the pro unlock max and pro orders need to be in the same account. After checking for errors, backup the data and reinstall the software.

There is no order in the purchase history of the app store, it was an in app purchase, they dont see those

Also I cannot restore any purchases

The gmail is not really active i think, but i re downloaded it as a dmg and now it works, thanks
