Lasso tool doesn’t work well

I’m using iPados 17 beta, and I found a malfunctioning of Lasso tool.

It works like hand tool, not lasso tool

Crashes the app for me aswell. It’s broke in ios17 final version too. MN3 is supported for iOS17?
