Mac OS X: Request for licence key after 3.7 updated

Hi:
I’ve updated Marginnote Mac OS X app to 3.7 version and now request me a licence key. Now I’m using trial period to work.
I’ve sent a request for activate licence to my email but I’ve not receive anything.
Before update all works fine and I’ve licenced app in Mac OS X with OCR extension and IpadOS and IOS app licenced too.

I had the same issue when I updated through AppStore on Mac, then I replaced it with the version here https://d.marginnote.cn/marginnote3.dmg

Then my previous license came up again…

I’ve tried as you say but the issue remains. Thanks for your help.
I’ve sent a new request to recover the licence. For now, I’m waiting the Marginnote support reply about this.
