Yesterday, when I was using the software then suddenly an error occurred then suddenly an unknown error occurred 0xe8000015 and I don’t understand what’s the actual reason. Does anyone know the solution regarding that? I tried by myself to resolve this but it didn’t happen. I take some help from the internet but all were not worked anyhow.

Welcome to the MarginNote Forum. I think this is a random problem. Maybe you could check if it’s a problem caused by iTunes?
