Make utilizing Option key for Mindmap

1. reverse default auto locate setting
   now we can only toggle the “default” setting about Auto Locate function.
   But sometimes there are times when you click that note but you don’t want it to be autolocate.
   If you click with the option key, you want it to work against the default value.

2. Make shortcut comination for drag note as cut, copy, ete
   Besides, did you know that you can drag a note to move the screen, but you can’t drag a note to move it? It’s very uncomfortable.
