Hello! I’ve been using Marginnote 3 for a couple of years, mainly on iPad.
Recently, I started to annotate PDFs on my computer(Mac on the latest
system, Ventura 13.2). I am encountering an issue when I try to open
the note list for a PDF file, the application crashes completely. When
I reopen it, the app crashes again whenever I click on a PDF. I’ve
tried deleting and reinstalling the app, but the bug still remains. I
was wondering if it would be fixed soon.

Please try to use a third-party app, such as cleanmymac, and completely delete MarginNote before reinstalling it.

Yes I have used CleanMyMac to delete Marginnote and reinstalled it multiple times. The issue still persists. I’ve also tried downloading it from both Appstore and the website, but neither worked.
