Dear Marginnote Team, I’m having a problem with my document. Every time I open the “Analytical Geometry” document and scroll to page 20, Marginnote crashes. This only happens with this document. I can’t export it as a PDF. Downloading and reopening the backup doesn’t change anything. I’ve tried scrolling very slowly up to page 20 and then clicking “Remove Page,” but the buggy page just keeps moving, so it seems to be the document itself that’s the problem.

I have the same problem with a book that I downloaded. When I open it the application crashes. I have to remove it.
Did support tell you to remove it? Because I cant do that. There are many important things of mine in that document, that I cant afford to lose.
