this is a fairly new issue since I didn’t have this problem in earlier versions. The issue happens when marking using hand in pdf files. Usually when marking, I swipe my finger from the start of the word I want to mark until the end of the word or sentence. Before it used to automatically start the marking from the beginning of the word, now it skipps the first letter and I have manually override by sliding the marker slider to include the first letter as well. Of course this is very frustrating and requires a lot of time, especially when marking a lot in one file. You can see an example in this screenshot:
The “s” was not automatically included in the marking process although I swiped my finger above it. I have to manually correct each start of the marking.
