MindMap not hierarchy

This app is wonderful besides some issues it has.
One of these is the mindmap. Hierarchy was proven to not always being effective for study efficiency. Instead the knowledge doesn’t a hierarchy cross the documents. There are cross references! and this at the moment can not be captured by the type of mindmap we have in MN3. Some trending examples are the graphs you can have in Obsidian.md or Roam.

Is there any intention to change this?

Tell me something that you can do on Obsidian while you can’t do at MN
Put something more concrete.

I think MarginNotes hashtag and linked system are more capable than Obsidian
Plus: this is study oriented app
But of course it gets time for adaptation…
