Excited to upgrade to MarginNote 4, I have the following:
iOS MarginNote 3 fully paid for, I have already got MarginNote 4 and upgraded for free
Mac OS MarginNote 3 via SetApp (capped at version 3.7.14 (3.7.14001)), for which free upgrade is not available. I am willing to go fully paid on the Mac OS version.
Is there a way to dissociate my SetApp instance of MN3 and upgrade it to the latest version (and go fully paid via the instance)?
Also, I tried downloading Version 3.7.29 (3.7.29003) from the App Store to go fully paid on that, but it downloads as a separate App, rather than replacing the existing SetApp version. In this scenario I will need to move my SetApp version library over to the App store version and link that with my iOS instance - how do I go about that, if the above is not possible?
OK, the paid for version of MN3 seems finally to have synced with the SetApp version of MN3 pdf library files and notes, highlights etc. I have therefore paid for the paid for version of MN3. And also downloaded MN4, and tried to upgrade using the MN3 discount, but I get an error that MN4 cannot see my purchase of MN3 that I did yesterday (I thought 24 hours might help). Please do a help urgently, as I think the upgrade offer runs out shortly.
