I have hundreds of PDFs in MN3 and over 100 folders. I am using Mac, IOS devices, and iCloud for sync.

If I want to move files and folders around because a change in my thinking about organization…

… is it better to move all the files and folders in MN3 or in OS X?

It’d be easiest to use OS X but I could do it in MN3 if that’d be less risky of glitches. Or does MN3 care at all if files/folders are moved around on the cloud server?

I got this answer from MN tech support:

“The Mac version doesn’t actually have the unique function support, you can operate on folders in IOS or Mac side with the same efficiency, iCloud sync will not have significantly different results.”
