How does one move the annotation toolbar from the bottom to the top. It Always was at the top, next to the (exerpt/annotate) box but now it is at the bottom, obscuring the slide bar to move to other pages quickly? Thanks for suggestions
Found it by accident. If you tap an icon with apple pencel- there is a “ clone “ and “ delete” option. On pressing delete, the toolbar jumped back to the top
